QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Planning Specialist to join our Advanced Medical Nutrition team.
The ideal candidate should have the below qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in related areas
Excellent communication skills in English
Advanced level of Excel, Powerpoint
Analytical thinker and attentive to details
Cross functional effectiveness in communication
Being proactive, skills for problem solving
The ability to work effectively on a team or independently

İŞ TANIMI

Being responsible of monthly, yearly sales plan creation and demand flow
Develop strong relationships with factories, warehouse and 3rd parties in order to secure service level
Close follow-up and strong cooperation with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Logistics and teams
Keeping product’s stock at an optimum level
Managing sales forecast quality
Taking role at NPI process
Optimizing production plans in accordance with the needs with factory
Following up of daily operational steps (import / 2d barcoding, sample delivering etc.)
Create weekly / monthly internal and regional KPI reports ( Service Level - Forecast Accuracy - Inventory etc.)
Identifying and contributing to the continuous improvement opportunities in relation to demand planning processes and systems
