QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

-Bachelor’s Degree.
-Upper Intermediate/Advanced level of both English & Turkish.
-5-8 years of applied HR capabilities.
-Excellent project management skills, including planning and organizational skills.
-Flexibility and adaptation capability.
-Ability to manage multiple initiatives.
-Client-focused, business partnering and influencing skills.
-The ability to work both strategically and operationally.

İŞ TANIMI

-Develop an effective people strategy to backbone the business strategy of their individual organizations, upholding a positive performance culture, tactical management of a highly-skilled talent force, and extensive planning to manage a multitude of organizational transformations.
-Plan and execute human resources processes of internal talent management, onboarding and induction programs, performance management, development, succession planning and career management.
-Design AC/DC programs for all critical position holders and create a development activities as a result of programs.
-Cokeport HR Function page owner, create and moderate the content as well as train country HR teams.
-Work with senior management to identify and develop key talent, make recommendations to executive management for improvement of the organization.
-Ensure strong linkage of talent management initatives to overall business.
-Lead the implementation of annual Talent & Performance Management process, calendar, and system.
-Conduct and follow Talent Development Forum process across CCI where a series of structured, HR facilitated meetings where employees are reviewed by management in terms of their key strengths, career goals, stage of readiness, areas for development and development actions plans.
-Responsible for Internal Job Posting procesess vis a vis announcement governance.
-Creating, managing, and measuring an integrated development process in collaboration with leadership team.
