We are an international motorway operator company seeking teammates willing to work as helpdesk agent

• Preferred Related university degree
• At least 1 year of similar experience
• Intermediate written and spoken communication skills in English
• Experience on Microsoft products
• Driver's License (B Class)

İŞ TANIMI

Helpdesk support on-site, via telephone, and e-mail concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, office applications, e-mail, business applications, and operating systems.

In addition to the above:

• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot laptop environment, mobile environment, projectors, video conference, printers etc.
• Installation, maintenance and support of IT hardware
• Management, installation and support of office equipment and tools like VPN
• Maintenance of Windows environment
• Authorization of users in Active Directory / File Sharing systems
• IT department documentation tasks
• Able to research and solve problems by Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the Internet.
• Cooperation with external providers and tracking of their services
