Application Support Specialist

• Vocational school or university degree,in information system related fields
• Min. 2 years application support experience
• Technical/ system and software support background
• At least upper intermediate English level
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills,
• Teamwork ability, result and quality oriented approach and good communication skills,
• ERP and multi-channel retail technologies knowledge is a plus
• Result and customer oriented
• No military service obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Provide second level support to users’ problems/requests related to all store operations and store systems like goods management system, cash register and reporting tools.
• Getting the requests from users via ticket system, solve them properly, if needed with support of  teams in Germany and register back into the ticketing system.  
• Support new application releases and implementation of new functionality by assisting with system testing, documentation, and user support.
• Provide user support by responding to questions related to corporate applications and maintain sufficient knowledge.
• Create problem solving documents for knowledge database
• Contribute to project test phases
• Support change requests on company intranet (exc. content management)
