Part-time Digital Transformation Specialist

For the Digital Transformation Program, we are looking for a part-time Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing company-wide activities related to digitalization and digital transformation.
 

• 3th or 4th year undergraduate student or master student in faculty of Engineering or a related area
• Able to work 3-4 days/week in Kartal during winter time, 5 days/week during summer time.
• Have a digital focus and ongoing interest
• Understanding of technology, IoT, Mobile, Industry 4.0 and key digital interaction devices
• Knowledge in JAVA or C/C++ programming languages and data analytics tools preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Flexible and good team player
• Result orientation with strong analytical thinking
• Open minded and highly collaborative
• Creative and persistent

İŞ TANIMI

• Work closely with the DT Program / Project Manager to develop innovative and differentiated propositions to ensure the propositions are underpinned by insight.
• Work closely with DT stakeholders to understand business needs and develop actionable research outcomes to support/drive business decision making.
• Implementation of innovative applications by utilizing modern technologies in the area of Data Analytics and Big Data.
• Conduct basic data analysis and combine secondary information and internal data to build out complete stories on topics of interest.
• Proactively shares digital insights with the enterprise and internal team to help them realize the potential that digital has to drive business impact.
• Assists with creating communications, presentations and decision documents for processes and projects as needed.
• Setting up and administering the administrative infrastructure for the project team.
• Responsibility functions to archive all project related documents (hard/soft).
• Conforming to Siemens processes, quality standards and guidelines.
