• University degree in engineering departments
• Experience and knowledge in Quality management system such as IS0 9001:2008, TS16949 , etc. and quality tools such as Gage R&R, Process capability, FMEAs, and control plans experience.
• Knowledge about dimensional metrology
• Knowledge of quality tests, material properties, chemical process, plastic injection, basic electronics, cooling technologies
• Fluent English knowledge is a must, German knowledge is an asset,
• Min. 5 years experience in a similar position and knowledge of quality management and the methods,
• Knowledge of MS Office programs is a must,
• Analytical minded, creativity, open to changes, excellent communication, self discipline, orientation for target realization skills,
• Live/Willing to live in or close to Çerkezköy.

İŞ TANIMI

• Manage of all quality activities regarding factory supplier quality topics, monitoring of supplier quality performance.
• Manage supplier scrap costs, supplier production losses costs, supplier 8D, blocked material related with supplier.
• Tracking, analysis, find solutions for customer complaints regarding supplier related problems
• Manage and tracking of 0-hour line rejections
• Supplier visits or join process audits in order to solve critical problems and escalation when needed
• Manage of incoming inspection of supplied parts and ensure that material meet with BSH requirements
• Managing of control nonconforming parts, preventing that faulty parts are use in production.
• Factory release process management of serial production for supplied parts according to specifications.
