QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Fluency in English language required
- Minimum 8-10 years experience in HR roles of progressive responsibility
- Experience with payroll, employment law and policy, and/or HR systems preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Ability to influence at all levels through effective interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Supporting the implementation and execution of the local country compensation, benefits and policy agenda within the Business client groups that they support.
- Supporting local country implementation of the global change agendas for the Businesses they support, managing any associated ER/IR issues within the country ER/IR framework.
- Working with local leaders to deliver Shell's aspiration for an inclusive work environment, providing coaching, challenge and support as required, Any other activities required to deliver the Global HR Functional plan within the client populations supported.
- HR Services: Leads the Country HR Proximate Services Team in coordination with support based in Krakow, Poland.
- HR Policy: Leads implementation of local and global HR polices, and where applicable, creation/ modification of policy.
- HR Processes: Leads continuous improvement activity for HR processes, to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and flawless execution of all HR processes.
- Payroll: Leading Payroll Processes through 3rd party Payroll Providers by managing Payroll Coordinator.

- Execution of global HR products and processes, particularly in the areas of talent development, learning, performance management and the local implementation change, in a high quality and timely fashion, ensuring alignment with business HR priorities for the supported client populations where appropriate.- Supporting the implementation and execution of the local country compensation, benefits and policy agenda within the Business client groups that they support.
