İŞ TANIMI

Arçelik Pazarlama A.Ş. is looking for an Engineer - Customer Care who will work for Customer Services Directorate. 

• Planning and monitoring regional activities with regard to consumer satisfaction,
• Visiting authorized dealers and authorized services and solving their problems,
• Controlling authorized service centers within the boundaries of the region to oversee their compliance with company procedures and service standards,
• Controlling pay - benefits of the authorized services,
• Reporting all activities to the administrator in the region.
