QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Previous experience required includes working in a business environment; or in a project based organization; and/or being involved in internal organization change programs.
In addition required knowledge and experience includes the ability to work with senior colleagues and contribute to aspects of:
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Research for organization structure assessments
- Workshop design and delivery
- Support the design of operating models and organization structures (including researching and reporting functional roles and structures, identifying and reporting leading practice design principles, structural efficiency and benchmarks, job profiles and KPIs)
- Supporting implementation of operating models and organizational changes
- Supporting organization design implementation
- Contributing to strategic change management activities
- Developing Talent Management processes (e.g. Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Succession planning, Recruitment and selection)
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (preferably in industrial), Business Administration or Psychology; Master degree in Human Capital Management or equivalent will be a plus.
- Engaging and personable
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Understands Human Capital and people-related issues and challenges
- Ability to coach and mentor others, engaging and personable
- High-quality research, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a diversified team; guiding and supporting project team members
- Experience in a consulting firm is preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Ability to travel within and outside Turkey
- No military obligation for male candidates or postponed for at least 2 years

You will collaborate with senior colleagues throughout the client engagement and help with research, report preparation and presentation.
