We are seeking for Transaction Real Estate Services Assistant to join our Transaction Advisory Services/Transaction Real Estate Services (Commercial Real Estate) team with the following qualifications;

• University degree in Business, Finance, Architecture, City and Regional Planning and real estate management/development. Masters will be an asset
• Preliminary knowledge of real estate and finance sector
• Keen to learn more about the world of real estate
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, additional foreign language is an asset
• Strong command of MS applications, especially Excel/Powerpoint
• Strong social, communication and interpersonal skills
• No travel restrictions
• Preferably military service obligation completed for male candidates

As a member of staff within Transaction Advisory Services, you will join a globally integrated team of real estate services
Responsible for Market Research and Market Study of different fields of commercial real estate
Prepares feasibility studies, and financial models for real estate financing and investments
Participates in various real estate advisory services like development, portfolio management or strategic advisory
