• MSc / BSc, preferably within Electrical Engineering or Power Systems Engineering
• Technical experience from the utility business in Turkey
• Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience with a proven sales track record from similar business. System
• Sales / Project Sales to the Utility or EnergyMarket, in the fields of Grid Automation
• Project management experience  of automation projects 
• Control and Protection competence
• Very good interpersonal skills
• A communicative and highly motivated team player, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Resourceful and proactive, and driven for further success
• English and Turkish fluently, both written and oral

İŞ TANIMI

Our business is growing and we are currently looking for one new candidate to strengthen our team in İstanbul. We are therefore looking for result-oriented, enthusiastic and outgoing Bid Managers for our Grid Automation business in Turkey. The position requires good technical understanding for automation products, control and protection systems and a genuine interest for the Energy Market (Power Generation, Power Transmission & Distribution), T&D Utility and rail customers. The person will be staffed for management of small sized projects 50% of the time.
• Preparing technical and commercial proposals as well as negotiating and finalizing contracts
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external key stakeholders,
both ABB Supply Units and 3rd party suppliers
• Reporting in accordance with all applicable requirements and routines
