• Prioritise and pro-actively manage own workload with minimal supervise and in an effective way of working
• Develop an effective way of working by having an overall vision of Network category and SCM strategies.
• Using Network category intelligence to improve Vodafone’s commercial position in Network area and become the recognised expert within Vodafone
• Build positive working relationships inside and outside the department, locally and globally.
• Actively expand personal knowledge of Procurement / Supply Chain best practice with past experiences in Network , IT and Services Categories.
• Using the academic background and past experiences for continuous improvement on SCM and Network strategies.

İŞ TANIMI

• Leads and owns Local relationship with VPC&Global Key Category Suppliers
• Accountable for inputting into and delivering savings targets in Network Category
• Accountable for inputting into 1-3 year category strategy to optimise total cost of ownership for Vodafone, where required.
• Management of relations with VPC in Network Category
• Manage tendering process (RFI/RFP/RFQ) in line with Vodafone commercial principles and VPC strategies.
• Support the stakeholders with recommendations on supplier selection, definition of the appropriate commercial framework, and sourcing approach for related categories.
• Conduct commercial negotiations to provide premium level in terms of pricing, quality, max. Customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the processes in line with the Procurement Policy
• Execute PO management in the EVO system
• Perform benchmarking activities using internal and external data with local and global studies.
• Analyse internal costs, perform make or buy analysis and work closely with financial decision support team
• Track order status and manage claims
• Initiate and manage cost reduction activities and projects with a overall vision and cross functional communication on Network Field related area.
• Manage all the coordination between Supplier, stakeholders and VPC (commercial, technical, legal) during the tender process in local and global tenders.
• Supporting VPC for B2B PO processes and execute the related orders on time
• Manage and analyse yearly budget under Network Category, provide support on budget preparation and regular review
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and finance team when unplanned projects occurs during the fiscal year with a need of extension in budget. According to this extension, providing financial outputs for budget allocation
• Managing the effectiveness of budget with cost reduction projects and different sourcing models
• Initiate contract drafting activities before RFQ phase working with Legal Team for local contracts and VPAs for global contracts.
• Manage the communication regarding to the VPA contracts between internal stakeholders, VFTR legal team, finance team and behave as a single point of contact to VPC.
• Negotiate as a single point of contact in contractual negotiations with suppliers in local area.
• Support VPC in contractual negotiations with Supplier
• Assume responsibility for agreeing the final contract phrasing with Legal
• Prepare the list of suppliers to be evaluated during the specific term.
• Conduct supplier pre-qualification and quarterly evaluation of preferred suppliers in co-operation with SPM team.
• Communication with evaluators for preparing required action list and meeting with suppliers for tracking improvement actions.
• Develop positive relationship and work closely with VPC, internal stakeholders, business influencers, One SCM Community and Suppliers
• Regularly meet internal stakeholders have updates on results, progress, challenges and announce the outputs of meetings for effective understanding.
• Execute regularly cost structure analysis and prepare reports to support  Category Manager (New)
• Provide input to Finance Function, Global and other Network reports
• Present ideas effectively and persuasively.
• Communicate closely with VPC Network and share information&outputs of different projects for benchmarks and reports.
• • Management of SPM Vendor list report, Global&Local Budgetary Reports and OneSCM, ScoreCard/RBS Reports in Network Category Bottom-up savings calculation & savings tracking.
• • Managing cross functional projects within the company or global team which requires high communication skills, analytical thinking and leadership specifications.
