• Study level: University or above
• Minimum 2 years for Assistant Managers/6 years for Managers in a comparable environment, with proven marketing, and relationship skills (Preferably in the corporate services sector)
• Good generalist able to integrate sales, marketing & communication
• Strong Communication, writing and negotiation skills
• Analytical thinking, excellent synthesis and presentation skills
• Exceptional Computer literacy with experience in web publishing, multi-media tools
• Team spirit and development
• Good knowledge of Social Media

İŞ TANIMI

• Reporting Line: Product & Marketing Senior Manager (Müdür)
• Elaborate marketing & communication actions plans
• Follow up the marketing & communication budget , provide regular up date (Forecasts or upon request)
• Build and develop positive relationships with all internal and external colleagues (Arval and  TEB), suppliers and clients.
• Obtain data to track marketing KPI performance
• Develop & manage the reports & KPIs from the CRM (with the Sales Support person)
• Provide assistance, if necessary, documents for prospects & customers (presentations, reports, PPT, letters, analysis, proposal management tools, reporting solution etc)
• Provide accurate management information on request.

• Provide the competitive & market analysis
• Actively identify opportunities to maximize sales opportunities, proposing innovative solutions
• Participate actions for the quality surveys
• Propose action plans to promote service quality and expert advice reinforcing the positioning of TEB ARVAL in the market.
• Propose actions related to Arval CSR/Sustainable Development initiatives
• Implement & follow up Corporate actions
• Responsible for web site, structure and content reflecting Group Marketing guidelines  and interactive marketing and implementation of tools and e-initiatives to generate quality leads, improve retention, improve relationships and customer loyalty
• Prepare quantitative analysis and benchmarks

• Always keep an updated & optimized website in terms of content and tools to increase awareness and interactivity from leads, prospects, clients.
• Develop & provide regular E newsletters, E mailings… for prospects, clients
• Adapt Arval documents to the local market according to expressed need by TEB Arval Departments
• Propose & develop actions related to Public Relations, targeted advertising, advertorials, Client case studies and sales tools / interactive tools with prospects, clients and any relevant initiatives
• Participate suppliers’ selection (printing, editing, events, PR agencies, goodies…)
• Create and manage the marketing campaigns
• Manage the relation with Social Media Agency, design the strategy and provide content input, track performance of online channels.
• Manage the relationship with creative and PR agencies
• Organize customer and internal events
• Develop internal communication tools to inform and circulate documents within TEB Arval
• Provide local information to Arval
