DCS SERVICE ENGINEER - POWER SYSTEMS

• University degree in Control, Electrical Electronics Engineering or similar,
• Good command of written & spoken of English language,
• 1-4 years experience in automation systems (DCS, PLC) of engineering,  start-up & commissioning, trouble-shooting and upgrades activities,
• Have previous experience working on outage & maintenance projects in power plants would be a PLUS,
• Experience in ABB control system & equipment would be a PLUS,
• Analytical mind with strong planning and self-learning skills, team work oriented,
• Completed military service for male candidates,
• No restriction to travel.

İŞ TANIMI

• Be responsible for execution of Control System Upgrade projects in Power Plants,
• Be responsible for Commissioning and start-up of control systems on site,
• Have a high level and up to date technical know-how of the "Information and Communications Technology" solutions currently used in DCS control systems (Microsoft technologies, network architectures, protocols and devices, servers and workstations, etc.),
• Have a high level and up to date technical know-how of ABB control systems technologies, solutions and architectures,
• Perform system engineering activities on the projects systems, including installations, setups, diagnostics, backups, remote diagnostics, tips & tricks, upgrades, licensing, etc.
• Ensure system specialist support to sales engineers,
• Ensure professional test and troubleshooting of control systems, and perform system software maintenance (from installation of patches, rollups and corrections to complete system upgrades) in order to solve system bugs or malfunctions,
• Generating engineering documents (system architecture, functional design specification, I/O lists, cable lists, DCS & I/O panel design drawings, etc.),
• Train customer personnel (maintenance engineers and production operators),
• Report to Service Manager.
