• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Econometrics
• Minimum 2-3 years of customer risk management and credit control experience, banking background is a plus
• Good command of oral and written English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good analytical skills with strict attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; suitable for teamwork

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for the control, tracking and reconciliation of Customer accounts quarterly and yearly for ensuring all records comply with global & local procedures.
• Monitor and follow-up slow paying/outstanding accounts and initiate actions to recover doubtful accounts.
• Making the daily entries, changes or new records to ACR/Customer Master File in AS 400.
• Development, preparation and maintenance of relevant corporate and divisional management reports.
• To support credit risk facilities customers credit limits on annual basis and when necessary.
• Providing necessary information on financial/customer issues to senior responsible and supporting the business operations.
• Keeping a continuous relationship with the customer, follow up financials etc.
• Make risk analysis & reporting about customers and receivables for Treasury & Credit Control Manager.
