QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree in Engineering or comparable profession. Excellent knowledge of product data systems, statistics as well as supply chain processes and systems with at least five years´ corresponding professional experience.
- Solid leadership skills, effective communication, persuasiveness, ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Strong skills in analyzing Supply Chain trends including financial impact, deriving conclusions as well as required actions and ability to communicate main outcomes
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, to develop and implement action plans, and to increase operating efficiencies
- Profound IT knowledge (e.g. MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, ERP, SCM, BW, SQL)
- Fluent command of English.
İŞ TANIMI
Product Data:1. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through creation and maintenance of system information, enabling uninterrupted flow of data within local and global supply chain systems and change control processes to support business execution for all divisions of Bayer HealthCare.
2. Job incumbent is also responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements in their assigned area of responsibility and maintaining an understanding of the relevant interface system and processes and helping to identify and drive system
3. Be a Key User of the CC PLM ‘Synaps’ and Material Master Data system.
4. Key User responsibilities – supposed troubleshooting of systems issues, optimization of system and provides support and training to end users of the system.
5. Job Incumbent have primary responsibility of overseeing all Product Lifecycle and Material Master Data tasks for Bayer Turkey. This includes New Item launches and product change / maintenance.
6. Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot and rectify any quality or completeness issues with system data and processes. Develop, run and analyze system reports to ensure data accuracy; provide feedback to the manager as required.
7. Lead / Support global projects to ensure continued improvement of PLM and SAP utilization and data maintenance.
Supply Chain Analytics:
1. Decision support by providing analysis and leading respective projects
2. Full responsibility for defining and conducting complex analyses on the right level of detail
3. Provide transparent and focused insights thus enabling an efficient steering of the supply chain and the performance of related processes
4. Support definition and implementation of supply chain related performance indicators regarding process adherence and quality of process output
