What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Newly graduated or master student in faculty of economics, law, accounting, business administration or similar.
* Good command of written and spoken English (German is an asset).
* Good command of MS Office applications.
* Basic know-how on web design and ERP systems (SAP knowledge is an asset)
* Multinational or corporate company experience as an intern or part-time employee
* Strong coordination and communication skills.
* Flexible and good team players.
* Result orientation with strong analytical thinking.

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
For our Export Control and Customs function in Kartal we are looking for a temporary staff. This role will be responsible for assisting daily ECC tasks of regional company and other affiliated companies.  

What are my responsibilities?
* Periodical Screening of customers in SAP.
* Periodical Screening of vendors in SAP.
* Answering ECC help-desk requests from users.
* Performing Spot Checks.
* Tracking all employees' ECC trainings.
* Organizing Trainings.
* Performing SAP User Trainings.
* Keeping ECC intranet site updated.
* Publishing SSN announcements.
* Documentation and archiving.
