• Preferably 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Advanced level of English, both written&spoken
• Preferably good command of Russian
• Detail and result oriented approach in tough deadlines
• Ability to work in a very fast paced and growing work environment
• Good command of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of ARIS and AXAPTA is an asset
• Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Strong archiving skills, both hardcopy and electronic

• Preferably having experience in post-contract strategy development & contract execution
• Preferably having experience in corporate insurance and general insurance practices

İŞ TANIMI

• Follow contracts execution vs. contractual rights and obligations: identify, review and mitigate financial and insurance risks in coordination with the local experts in the company
• Reporting on contractual risk identification in concluded contracts, be proactive towards the team to identify risky situations and propose methods of improvement
• Draft or support the drafting of contractual correspondences&contracts in terms of financial and insurance obligation
• Permanent communication with selected insurance&broker companies to ensure the constant fulfilment of insurance obligations
• Establish and maintain proper accounting controls in line with international accounting standards and best practices
• Support the budget preparation of lease contracts 
• Monitoring and reporting Bank Guarantee Letters
• Conducting the archive database project (hard copy archive monitoring&maintaining available electronic databases by entering, verifying, and backing up data) to keep the archive up to date
• Daily control of payments and monthly audits
• Perform reporting tasks such as weekly updates of contracts, financial, insurance and payments status reports, managing the weekly&monthly reports on input of the signed contracts and ad-hoc reporting at Management request
