• Graduated from Electrical / Electronics / Communication of University
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Telecommunication industry
• Minimum 4 years of experience in mobile network and  operations
• Have driving licenses
• Have not restriction for mobility
• Good command of English
• Military service completed for male candidates
• Excellent communications skills
• MS office applications
• Project Management Experience is a plus

• Providing transmission plan and design (BSC/RNC-MSC,HUB),
• Developing access and backhaul designing (MW, HDSL, etc.)
• Developing link capacity planning (F/O,MW,LL)
• Developing detailed MW link planning
• Planning IP transport services (MPLS,BGP,Metric Design etc.)
• Following up transport circuits availability, utilization, capacity, quality and
• troubleshooting if needed
• Performing transport optimization activities (one hop to fiber, latency,reducing mw hop count e2e,redundancy,modernization)
• Following up transmission rollout and backhaul projects and monitoring
• Keeping up to date transmission network inventory data
• Developing projects that increases network efficiency and reduces opex&capex
• Enhancing the using Transmission Planning tool (NetTrans, Atoll, U2000,Northi etc.)
• Manages the maintaining radio and backhaul network for the region in line with the Network strategy. This is done within the framework given by central management in line with the facts of region to achieve agreed KPI and SLAs for the Region.
• Providing technical support to field staff for quick resolution of issues related with regional IP/MPLS, SDH, PDH and microwave network
• Monitoring the progress for Mobile Access TR KPIs   (mw health check,mw utilization,mw availability etc.
• Providing on site&office support which includes identifying the faults related to hardware, software, configuration, networking, power supply problems, etc.
• Working &Managing closely with other departments to ensure the project meets business needs
• Continually seeking opportunities to decrease operational costs within the network
• Following up of Regional &Central Project implementation
• Following up latest transport technologies
