QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Graduated from Electrical / Electronics / Communication departments of University
Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecommunication industry
Have driving licenses
Good command of English
Military service completed for male candidates
MS office applications
Good team player and motivation for self development
Technical competence on network quality
Understands the capabilities of planning tools
Problem solving skills.

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Network Transport Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Transport Manager-Ist.Europe of Vodafone Turkey.

Developing detailed MW link planning
Developing link capacity planning (F/O,MW,LL)
Providing transmission plan and design (BSC/RNC-MSC,HUB)
Know-how on IP routing protocols , MLPS , IP/MLPS , L2 / L3 VPN
Know-how on SDH,DWDM system
Knowledge on Huawei Datacom products and Microwave products.
Capacity planning of the Transport network to manage rapidly increasing traffic demands.
Enhancing the using Transmission Planning tool ( Atoll, Huawei U2000, etc.)
Following up transmission rollout and backhaul projects and monitoring
Monitoring the progress for Mobile Access
Strong co-operation with NOC team for 7x24 service quality
Ensure the performing and controlling of periodical maintenance activities via BCOs
Ensure customer satisfaction
Following up latest transport technologies
