İŞ TANIMI

• To confirm that deliveries have been delivered as loaded (capture delivery details, Process Deliveries, Process Return Delivery) and to resolve discrepancies.
• Responsible for researching invoice disputes relating to incorrect quantities, excise or ASTM and processing adjustments where necessary to correct.
• To confirm that loadings are entered correctly into the system and resolve any problems associated in this area
• To make delivery confirmation in SAP according to actual deliveries metered on the trucks
• To file and/or scan Delivery Documentation
• Clears error log and records movements
• Reverses and reposts stock movements to ensure correct duty liability is calculated
• Responsible for the re-posting of goods receipts following sales adjustments
