- University degree (MBA degree is a plus)
- Experience in marketing field ( 4+ years)

İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Base Marketing Senior Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Base Marketing Manager-Consumer Prepaid of Vodafone Turkey. Role Purpose: Contribute to consumer prepaid subscriber base marketing churn management strategy and organize Customer Base actions with the aim to achieve superior customer satisfaction, maximize revenues by increasing customer lifetime, activity and value while supporting sustainable brand differentiation based on Vodafone way.
- Lead the Prepaid Value/Top-up Programme aiming to maximise the prepaid value and achieve abone market ARPU performance in order to contribute to the revenue growth of Vodafone Turkey.
- Interpret prepaid monetisation strategy into actionable programmes of activity for each channel and set volume and value targets by channel
- Design and enrich new tracks contributing to top-up increase (welcome, retention, development, win-back and other), prepare BTL offers for the tracks, ensure flawless operationalization and make necessary changes when necessary
- Prepare and track 1:1 ATL Top-up & Spend campaign roadmap and execution throughout the year
- Prepare and track Top-up Thursdays weekly campaign roadmap and execution throughout the year
- Drive the BTL Direct Marketing plan: Prepare the base marketing activities schedule / calendar in a consolidated plan, with all planned customer initiatives and activities for 3-5 year strategic, yearly and monthly plans and ensure the delivery of the plans on time
- Define Lifecycle Framework and plan the actions in lifecycle stages, make the Business analysis with Finance and other parties, ensure revenue and churn impacts and cooperate with relevant parties
- Align and prioritize the activities in accordance with the commercial benefit, strategic priorities and customer experience impact of the proposed activities and changes
- Define the rules for optimization of channels and define the right channel for each offer/productEffective stakeholder management of key business relationships. I.e. Segments, IT and Channel owners
