UNILEVER

• University degree in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Preferably no military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Support the R&D activities related to the cost-effective implementation of  Innovation, Renovation, Line Extension and/or Cost Optimizations projects under this position area of responsibility, in line with business, consumer needs and regulations
• Following and understanding new product and technologies
• Technical Management of innovation projects
• Calculating and evaluating cost structure of existing and new products
• Planning, coordinating & leading lab, pilot plant works of his/her projects
• Deployment of Process designs to enable increased capability, flexibility and efficiency in factories
• Planning, coordinating and implementing  factory trials of new products under his/her responsibility
• Participating into Market research activities
• Participate in cross-functional project teams, taking the lead in guiding the team on formulation & process development activities
• Writing technical reports and compilation of product and process specifications
