• Bachelor's degree in BA, Economics, Finance or related fields
• Having experience in audit or process departments of multinational companies, preferably in retail sector
• Min. 4 years of experience needed
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• SAP knowledge is a must
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Preferably having qualification of Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
• Excellent analytical skills and multi-task orientation
• Willingness to travel
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Planning and preperation of store audits,
• Conducting store audits as for example process / document audits and audits of the Internal Control System (ICS)
• Autonomous writing of audit reports as well as the preparation and presentation of analysis and improvement suggestions for the management
• Analysis, audit and evaluation of processes regarding  efficiency, transparency and effectiveness of the internal control system
• Identification of deficencies within the audited areas in terms of efficiency, transparency, truth and fairness and the internal control system
• Recommendation with regard to a sound internal control system concerning the development and design of new organisational procedures and processes
• Developing improvement suggestions to increase the control and transparency in the organisation
• Consulting activities
• Development of audit concepts for new audit areas
• Autonomous or joint audits in the domestic head office
• Monitoring of compliance with legal regulations and company policies in all audited areas
• Collaboration with other departments, particularly on projects and implementation of improvement suggestions
