Brand Manager

• Bachelor degree from a reputable university, MBA will be an asset
• 5 years of brand management experience, with a successful record on innovation and new launch experience preferably in FMCG and/or Beverage& Snacks companies
• Excellent command of English and Turkish
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Stand to make a sustainable difference, challenge status quo, and generate breakthrough
• Solve complex problems with smart & pragmatic solutions
• Foster collaboration with other functions & departments, at all levels
• Demonstrate curiosity, look outside areas of interest / expertise

İŞ TANIMI

• Crafting the mid/ long-term strategy for the brand with a clear outlook to the future and a proactive mindset to grow the business and brand
• Implementing the annual strategy and action plan with perfection and on time
• Leading different taskforces to improve the marketing mix of the brand and to create cost saving opportunities; being fully operational in all key aspects of the business with total ownership of the brand P&L
• Co-creating new communication platforms for the brand; including developing new and unconventional ways of reaching the target consumer
• Managing the innovation process
• Monitoring the key brand KPIs (including financials and market performance), competitor activities and diagnostics and taking proactive measures
