Senior Strategic Planning Specialist

• Bachelor degree (Master/MBA level is preferable)
• Minimum 4  years of B2B /B2C experience in Technology/Telco industry
• Business Consulting experience is preferred
• Project Management experience is an asset
• Excellent organization and communication  skills with ability to handle multiple projects, priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills 
• Result oriented, problem-solver, and self-motivated profile
• A strong team player with a flexible attitude and advanced communication skills
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office tools, especially in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English

İŞ TANIMI

• Develops long-term vision and strategy by working with a company-wide cross-functional strategy team
• Organizes and facilitates long-range planning workshops including members of the Board and Executive/Senior Vice Presidents to develop Turkcell’s 3-year business plan and roadmap; and identifies strategic priorities and initiatives
• Drives short, mid and long-range business planning process in collaboration with key business units (sales, marketing, finance, technology etc.) and facilitates build-out of lower level roadmaps for executing strategic initiatives
• Identifies company’s key performance indicators in line with 3-year plans and strategic priorities and develops CEO Balanced Scorecard to monitor performance
• Drives top-down cascading of company goals and bottoms-up roll-up of key performance indicators for strategic initiatives; helps business units to establish balanced scorecards at the business unit level
• Designs and implements C-Level Performance Management and Evaluation Process
• Collaborates with IT team for building Digital Balanced Scorecard
• Partners with key business units and help in trouble-shooting and solving performance problems that require cross-functional collaboration
• Consults business units in decision making process to implement functional strategies that are aligned with organizational priorities and contributes to the organizational goals
• Prepares regular executive reports
• Organizes and facilitates periodic C-Level management meetings
