- B.Sc. Degree in relevant subject area
- Highly PC literate: Power Point, MS Excel. MS Word, etc.
- Ability to manage direct reports and to co-ordinate efforts of associates in supporting roles
- Min. 6-7 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical skills & ability to process the data
- Strong communication & presentation skills (native and foreign languages)
- High level of coordination
- Logical and objective orientation to solve problems
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time
- Strong team player and capable of working with people at all levels
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organization and time management
- No travel restrictions
İŞ TANIMI
- Working from the initial planning stages of a campaign through to the brochure plan sign off
- Ensuring strong Marketing Plans creation that meet both regional category strategy & local.
- Responsible for building campaigns which will deliver Average Representative Sales & Gross Margin
- Responsible for tracking marketing KPIs on campaign and Quarterly basis
- Responsible for attending the Commercial reviews
- Support the campaign manager in coordinating the day by day work, ensuring the work is carried out on time and develop and coordinate the team
- Responsible for development of the team; raising the talent within the team to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
- Assess and create future development options and succession
- Responsible for integrating and aligning with matrix stakeholders such as Commercial Strategy, Creative, Field, Finance etc.
Preferred Candidate
More than 6 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
