  • Graduated from engineering departments of universities
  • Strong technical background of Value Added Services, Service Delivery Platforms, Messaging and Signaling infrastructure, technologies, products and services
  • At least 2 years of experience in related areas
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
  • Experience in Technical Product Management
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Leadership and entrepreneur skills
  • Business orientation with strategic and analytical skills

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Consumer Solutions Expert with the will and ambition to work in  Design & App.Development Management Function, reporting Product&Serv.Design&App.Dev.Snr. Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

  • Lead and manage feasibility and technical design phase to deliver  companywide technical solution design and detailed requirements with effective management of processes aligned with agreed budgets and company strategy
  • Deployment tasks which include installation of our software and third party software, OS and DB scripts, backup programs and other necessary tools on customer servers and making the product ready for operation within the project timeline.
  • Ensure the delivery of all projects in scope and assist the delivery to be on time and on budget by monitoring outputs during delivery phase with development and test teams.
  • Manage relations and cooperation with 3rd parties for the deployment and support activities.
  • Preparing the environment, software and hardware for customer acceptance tests, participating and realizing customer acceptance tests along with Test group.
  • Preparing access and deployment topology of product and services and implement flawlessly.
  • Resolution of technical problems reported by our customers, hardware and software maintenance issues, which include problem identification, diagnosing, implementation or escalation, and follow-up inline with the conditions set in pre-defined customer SLAs.
  • Consultancy requests from our customers which include the professional assistance for operation and maintenance .
  • Provide technical and financial (CAPEX) information including effort estimation, constraints and dependencies; highlight potential risks and offer alternative solutions.
