GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

- Degree qualified in a Science or an Engineering discipline.
- Significant (at least 8 years) experience is required in Transmission Planning field
- Advanced knowledge in DWDM / SDH planning and design
- Experience in project management
- Experience in budgeting and project feasibility analysis
- Basic Level know-how for Mobile Network Architecture
- Internet Service Provider network topology architecture know-how
- Multicast Services
- Excellent Problem solving skills
- Fluent English
İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Fixed TX Backbone Planning Expert with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Backbone Transmission Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
- Make transmission design for the backbone network; provide most economical, technological and suitable transmission solutions to Fixed customers.
- Define equipment specification to be used in the network
- Support Sales and Operation teams, collect capacity demand from related departments to design the network
- Define and follow up Project Plan/schedule with activities and milestones
- Develop transmission network plans, define and dimension network elements (DWDM, SDH)
- Define technical specifications for the equipment and services to be purchased; write technical specifications
- Assess project risks and develop procedures and measures to deal with them
- Oversee the performance and reliability of the transmission network. Suggest / define necessary actions
- Continually seek opportunities to decrease operational costs within the network
- Defines and follow up Project Plan/schedule with activities and milestones
- Estimate project Capex and Opex, make feasibility analysis
