TP Endüstriyel ve Ticari Lastikler A.Ş. is a high profile multinational group engaged in Tyres Sector. We are willing to work with a professional who wants to make a career in industrial process. That person will work in Industrial Engineering department. Location will be in Kocaeli.

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from a reputable university
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as Industrial Engineer/Continuous Improvement/Lean Management in Production
• Strong skills about analytical thinking, decision making and problem solving
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Having knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
• No obstacles for international business travels
• Military service must be completed for male candidates
• Live/Willing to live in Izmit

İŞ TANIMI

• Manage Lean Management projects in the concepts of Kaizen Projects, 5S, PDCA, 7 Types of Waste, SMED and Value Stream Mapping
• Acknowledge the targets of Pirelli Manufacturing System defined with the central function and turn them into local projects
• Coordinate the projects about the development of the PMS approach, assessing the advancements
• Extend the best practices at a regional/country level
• Promote and facilitate the sharing of information and experiences between the plants in the assigned geographical area
• Define and deliver training and updating sessions to align the various plants function to the PMS approach, standard methods and tools
• Implement and extend Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and follow-up of the machinery
• Promote and ensure the deployment of the actions set in the yearly Efficiency Action Plan, in agreement with the operative functions of the plant
• Ensure the periodical KPI reporting towards local and central functions
• Conduct Layout and machine re-location studies

• Manage Decomplexity Action plan with all functions to achieve yearly saving targets
• Analyze the production process and find the reasons of complexity inside the process to increase efficiency
• Cooperate with the related departments to ensure Decomplexity projects to deal with complexity
• Ensure the implementation of tools and reports that will help other department to decrease the complexity
• Monitor and follow-up the Decomplexity Cost Model and Decomplexity KPI's
• Pursue flexibility through lean manufacturing and data analysis
