CCC (Continental Confectionery Company) is looking for
Regulatory Affairs Assistant Specialist. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below.
- University degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry and/or Biology
- Work experience abroad is preferable,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) skills,
- Experience in TraceOne system is preferable,
- Willing to locate in Çorlu, Çerkezköy or Lüleburgaz,
- Experience in a reputable multinational company is preferable,
- Experience on legal requirements for producing chewing gum & candy experience is preferable.
İŞ TANIMI
- Coordinate efforts associated with the preparation of regulatory documents or submissions,
- Coordinate, prepare, or review regulatory submissions for domestic or international projects,
- Identify relevant guidance documents, international standards, or consensus standards and provide interpretive assistance,
- Interpret regulatory rules or rule changes and ensure that they are communicated through corporate policies and procedures,
- Provide regulatory input to product lifecycle planning,
- Review labeling and labels for compliance with regulatory requirements,
- Maintain regulatory files as required by departmental procedure,
- Maintain current knowledge base of existing and emerging regulations, standards, or guidance documents,
- Recommend changes to company procedures in response to changes in regulations or standards,
- Obtain and distribute updated information regarding domestic or international laws, guidelines, or standards (especially TR and EU),
- Prepare or maintain technical files as necessary to obtain and sustain product approval,
- Prepare responses to customer requests for information, such as product data, written regulatory affairs statements, surveys, or questionnaires,
- Analyze product complaints and make recommendations regarding their reportability.
