Enterprise Architect

We are seeking for an Enterprise Architect who will be a part of our Information Technologies team.
·         BS. or MS degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering,
·         6+ years experience in IT Department,
·         3+ years experience of Enterprise Architect,
·         Strategic business acumen and understanding of organisation strategy and ability to design information systems to delivery that strategy,
·         In-depth knowledge and expertise in Software Implementation Processes, Technologies (WEB, J2EE, Mobile) and tools,
·         Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies such as TOGAF or the equivalent is plus,
·         Ability to implement enterprise architecture and application infrastructure with development teams,
·         Experienced of Services Oriented (SOA) and Integration Architectures,
·         Experienced and knowledge on Release Management and Continuous Integration,
·         Experienced and knowledge on Open-Source technologies and tools,
·         Excellent Presentation skill,
·         Excellent in English both verbal and written,
·         Able to work under stressful conditions and overcome this situations successfully,
·         Team woking, creative thinking, communicates effectively, strong analytical, interpersonal, problem solving, result-oriented, self-starter and proactive,
·         Military service must be completed for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

The Enterprise Architect is responsible for the creation, maintenance and management of IT architecture models and their lower level components. They are also required to use and apply information contained within IT architecture to inform a range of business improvement activities, design, development, enhancement and maintenance of IT systems. The Enterprise Architect is expected to ensure that the overall IT architecture is maintained in a coherent manner and that appropriate considerations are made for its security and quality. The primary role of the Enterprise Architect is to ensure that the respective business, application, data and technology perspectives are in line with the organisation’s technology and governance strategies, policies and group standards.
 
·         Recommends and participates in activities related to the design, development and maintenance of the Enterprise Architecture. Responsible for end-to-end enterprise architecture and  infrastructure of IT Department.
·         Researches overall IT solutions on the market for particular technical requirements and business needs.
·         Advises and recommends enterprise architecture strategies, processes and methodologies.
·         Collaborates with Aviva UK Architecture Team in order to align the architecture, technology and tools of each solution and determine conformance with the EA and Aviva global standart. Recommends the most suitable technical architecture and defines the solution for each parties.
·         Recommends and participates in the analysis, evaluation and development of enterprise longterm strategic and operating plans to ensure that the EA objectives are consistent with the enterprise’s long-term business objectives.
·         Shares best practices, lessons learned and constantly updates the technical system architecture requirements based on changing technologies, and knowledge related to recent, current and upcoming vendor products and solutions.
·         Recommends and participates in the design and implementation of standards, tools and methodologies.
·         Ensures that enterprise architecture and infrastructure satisfies technical design goals –Performance, Modularity, Reliability, Maintainability, Reusability and Accessibility.
·         Works closely with development teams at appropriate points during the definition of the solution.  Correct and consistent decisions are made in the infrastructure and architecture design and implementation.
