* Experience in project handling
* Knowledge of contract law is an asset

* Experience in project handling is required
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
* Planning and organization skills

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

For our Mobility Division, we are looking for a Project Logistics and Documentation Engineer to work on our ongoing rolling stock projects in Ankara. This role will be responsible of designing, planning, organizing, controlling and coordination of the logistics activities and creation of a documentation plan to cover all internal/external document requirements.

What are my responsibilities?
* Planning and implementation of the logistics required for the project for provisions by customers or consorts, taking the boundary conditions of the deadlines into consideration
* Controlling of the implementation and, if applicable, introduction of countermeasures in the event of plan deviations or other disturbances
* Coordination of the process and of the planning with the plant logistics
* Early detection of special risks and market conditions for the business process, to avoid possible damage by means of appropriate measures or to avoid problems and violating any laws.
* Implementation of document management system (SAP,T3;...)
* Define documentation structure
* Define formats, number of copies, and language for customer documentation
* Define approval process and change control (internal and external), distinction between authorities/customers where appropriate
