We are now seeking “Consultants” and“Senior Consultants” to join our growingPerformance Improvement (PI)team inAnkara with the following qualifications;

• A relevant university degree, preferably in Economics, Political Science, Business Administration or a similar discipline from a reputable university, a relevant Masters egree is a plus,
• At least 3 (for Consultants) and 5 (for Senior Consultants) years of professional experience in management consulting and policy advice studies (such as strategy design and formulation, organisational review and restructuring, market assessment and analysis, process design and improvement, economic/sectoral research and forecasting, project and programme management etc.)
• Specific experience in working with public sector clients in Turkey is a plus.
• Strong research and data analysis skills (both qualitative and quantitative)
• Specific experience in team management
• Excellent report writing skills (both in English and in Turkish) and MS Office skills
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills (both in Turkish and in English)
• Strong client and relationship-building skills,
• Strong work initiative,
• No travel restrictions inland or abroad,
• Male candidates must have fulfilled their military service obligations
