For our new organization, we are looking for a Forwarding Sales Supervisor to be based in Transitex Istanbul, Maslak Office. 

·         Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
·         Written and oral fluency in English is a must, (Spanish knowledge as a second language will be an asset)
·         Minimum 3 years’ sales and/or customer service experience in forwarding business, (knowledge of customs legislation and shipping market is a plus)
·         Quality and result oriented with a strong attention to detail,
·         Able to work independently, flexibly in a rapidly changing multi-cultural environment with a positive attitude toward change and new opportunities,
·         Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships in a professional manner,
·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships,
·         Able to handle multiple priorities and to meet strict deadlines,
·         Excellent planning and organization skills,
·         Able to travel both locally and internationally when required,
·         Reside in European side of Istanbul is preferred,
·         Completed military service requirement (for male candidates only)
·         Holding a driving license B

İŞ TANIMI

Forwarding Sales Supervisor of Transitex Turkey will perform the procedures relating to forwarding sales.Namely: booking operations, pricing activities for both buying and selling rates, conducting good relations with clients in accordance with the standards and guidelines set by management in order to ensure compliance with the administrative procedures related to the freight forwarding business, the organization and timely registration of contractual conditions, as well as contacts and business consultations within the given deadlines.
 
Role Responsibilities

• Execute the process of acquiring new customers and monitoring the current ones in accordance with established procedures and guidelines above, in order to increase the portfolio of new customers and retain existing ones.
• Negotiate with partners and clients conditions for the provision of freight forwarding services, to ensure that the service is awarded as well as the increase of the Company's turnover.
• Compile the trade data and elaborate reporting documents in order to enable the analysis of the activity and decision-making with regards to the commercial activity.
• Monitor service delivery, interact with the client and with the carriers in order to ensure compliance with the contracted conditions, customer's satisfaction and continued support and intermediation in default situations.
• Check and control the billing process, to ensure that this reflects the agreed conditions and the services provided.
• Receive customer complaints and act as the established procedure.
