QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

İŞ TANIMI
- Develop and implement a Quality Management Program, which is expected to meet and exceed the requirements of our clients' DoD and DoS construction programs.
- Prepare and implement Project Specific Construction Quality Control (CQC) Plans.
- Assure compliance to the Design Quality Management Plan.
- Review all design and submittal packages to assure compliance to contractual requirements and submit to client after certifying for compliance.
- Form, manage and remotely supervise organization wide QC teams and prevent influences from operational teams.
- Improve competence of QC teams through training and guidance.
- Communicate and resolve client-side concerns related with the quality of the semi and end-products.
- Create and maintain an updated reference library for use of all QC and operational teams.
- Implement and organization-wide system on Company Portal to track proper finalization of Inspection Notes and NCRs.
- Attend to factory witness/acceptance tests.
- Audit construction sites in predetermined periods.
- Review and continuously improve the Quality Management Program.
- Report to upper management on monthly basis.

8 - 12 years of experience
Associate Degree(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate)
