• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment processes, preferably in retail industry
• Preferably minimum 1 year of experience in team management
• Preferably international work experience
• Advanced level of English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work with different cultures
• Ability to persuade, influence others, analyze needs and find solutions
• Ability to lead, take the initiative, mentor and coach
• Customer oriented, open to self-improvement and believe in continues learning and development, excellent planning and organizing skills, being flexible
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Management and supervision of Recruitment Specialists at Head Quarters and Country Recruitment team in the countries where LC Waikiki operates.
• Enables to reach the compliance of the related procedures and recruitment targets by making functional leadership to country recruitment specialists on the purpose of selecting the right person to the right position.
• Coordinating and planning recruitment strategies for the new country operation and handling the process for negotiation and agreement with consultancy companies and career websites when entering a new country
• Creating a systematic approach and following all recruitment activities in International operation of LC Waikiki (27 countries in MENA, CEE, CIS, Russia regions) 
• Manages all promotion and reassignment programs in accordance with the related procedures on the purpose of selecting the right person to the right position
• Preparing annual department budget and following up monthly for HQ and all International countries.
• Making sure that Store Management Trainee program is carried out in all countries in accordance with the procedures  
• Managing 2-4-6 Months’ Probation Period Evaluation process for International Retail Head Quarters and countries
• Takes precautions in order to decrease the costs, enable the results of recruitment systems and increase the applicability.
• Carrying out the employer branding activities in coordination with the related departments in the countries.
• Using the methods and tools which creates the most proper results in the recruitment and working in coordination with Assessment and Development Center unit regarding the needs and the types of selection tools and assessment center applications.
• Prepares and updates the recruitment procedures and memorandums on the purpose of providing an open, transparent and fair process management in accordance with the changing situations and executes the tasks according to these procedures and memorandums.
• Takes related actions in order to fulfill the 100 % legal occupancy rate of disabled employees.
• Providing various recruiting reports to management regularly
