QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Global Markets Retail and Private Banking Sales Assistant Manager/Supervisor
We are looking for Global Markets Global Markets Retail and Private Banking Sales Assistant Manager/Supervisor who is willing to join Global Markets Sales team in Global Markets Group at TEB.
Requirements:
Sales of existing and new FI products to retail and private client segment while respecting risk limits, the internal rules and the external market rules.
Collaboration with related business lines in order to increase overall Retail and Private Banking customer relations and penetration by means of cross selling.
Main responsibilities are:
a) Expand collaboration and arrange meetings with related business lines in order to increase the volume and penetration of GM products in line with GM commercial targets,
b) Plan joint visits to retail and private clients with related units to initiate or maintain customer relations and to demonstrate GM products & services to increase cross selling activities,
c) Give information about investment strategies to, retail and private banking consultancy service units based on analysis and market developments within GM product scope,
d) Provide and lead efficient pricing of FI products to private clients, retail and private business lines through all distribution channels,
e) Ensure execution of Retail and Private Banking customer orders

Requirements:
- Max 5 years of experience in Global Markets
- Experienced in Derivative products sales
- Undergraduate from Industrial Engineering, Financial Engineering, Economy, Business Administration. Master degree in Finance is an additional asset
- Presentation skills
- Problem solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent command of English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
