We are looking for a "Emerging Payment Products Product Management Associate" to take part in our Retail Banking Department.

- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with a major preferably in Management or Engineering
- Early professionals with an experience min 3 years
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken
- Good command of computer knowledge and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical problem solving and negotiation skills

İŞ TANIMI

- Responsible for product management of emerging&digital payment products such as mobile and NFC payment solutions, e-commerce payments, debit and prepaid cards, co-branded credit cards
- Developing and executing annual marketing plans for all assigned products to reach the budgeted targets, in line with regular performance analysis and solution offers to improve business performance
- Analyze, define and drive innovative differentiating product ideas & designing customer experience and preparing launch plans
- Manage full product lifecycle of all assigned products for acquisition, upsell and retention activities
- Develop a thorough understanding of the consumer needs, follow up closely the competition, evaluate market dynamics, identify growth opportunities in cards business
- Plan and manage campaigns and promotional activities & define communication channels and materials and conduct the communication plan
- Coordinate all third parties and strategic business partners & interact effectively with other departments and build positive working relationships at all functional levels
