• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (Translations Studies, English Language and Literature, American Culture and Literature),
• Substantial working experience in technical translations from/to English and Turkish,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic will be a plus,
• Acquainted with office management systems and procedures,
• Advanced in using MS Office applications,
• Dynamic, initiative taker and presentable,
• Strong communication and organizational skills,
• Coordination, problem solving and planning talents,
• Highly organized with extreme attention to detail,
• Must work well under pressure, multiple tasking
• Be a problem solver, able and overcome challenges with a calm manner,
• Healthy, honest, clear express and professional communication with all employees of the department and the bank.
• Ability to stay over-time.

İŞ TANIMI

• Work closely with the translation interface to complete translation requirements
• Assisting CEO Office Departmant
• High level of scheduling, prioritizing, task management, and follow up of CEO’s agenda and meetings,
• Managing complex travel and meeting organisations,
• Providing administrative & operational support
• Greeting, receiving and guiding visitors,
• Maintaining appropriate records, files and documentations,
• Drafting and preparing documents such as reports and presentations,
• Arranging communication and coordination between the units,
• Proactively identifies and resolves executive needs,
