Regional Manager

TÜVTÜRK

We are looking for a Regional Manager with the following qualifications;
 

• Bachelors degree in Business, Economics or Engineering Faculties, MBA degree is a plus,
• Good command of written and spoken English and preferably German,
• 5 years of total experience and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in Automotive Industry,
• Strong interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills,
• Strong problem solving ability,
• Willingness to work within flexible working hours,
• Active driver and willingness to travel,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Managing relationships between Business Associates in the assigned territory,
• Maintaining regular contact and ensure coordination with the Business Associates in the region,
• Ensuring sustainability of the operations; monitoring and developing business standards and processes in the region through regular visits to the related business partners and stations,
• Ensuring effective management of regional operations and their alignment with company KPI’s and maintaining targeted service levels,
• Tracking financial aspects of regional operations including the collection processes.
