• PhD degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering,
• 3+ years professional experience at Industrial R&D functions &/or at Research Institutes are preferred,
• Work experience in a technological start-up or similar fast paced environment is beneficial,
• Professional experience at Home Appliance, Automotive or Defense Industries is preferred,
• Entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, creative, open minded, persistent and highly collaborative are mandatory prerequisites,
• Self-motivated convincing person with strong stakeholder orientation with excellent communication skills,
• No domestic or international travel restrictions.

İŞ TANIMI

• Research and develop a variety of innovative projects. Scout and monitor innovation topics,
• Transfer new technologies to Product Development and to Manufacturing with the objective of quick commercializing of the technologies,
• Steer technology network with Universities, Research Institutes and technology providers. Extent and create new networks. Connect those already existing worldwide,
• Leading or support the execution and implementation of technology projects,
• Coordinate University Collaboration projects of Product Divisions.
