• University degree preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or Labor Economics and Industrial Relations
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, especially in Selection & Recruitment processes
• Experience in talent programs, learning & development and organizational development is an asset
• Strong know how in passive sourcing, utilizing competency based interviewing, and assessing candidates required
• Experience establishing strategic partnerships with staffing agencies and establishing new channel and alternative recruitment sources
• Must have demonstrated experience building and developing relationships with key stakeholders within the business
• Being comfortable working within a very fast paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A good team player with analytical thinking
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and accomplish tasks on a timely manner
• Excellent command of verbal and written English
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications
• No military service obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Recruits, interviews, evaluates and refers qualified candidates for the vacant positions
• Continually researches, recommends, and implements recommendations utilizing alternative recruitment resources, channels, partners and coaches hiring managers on effective selection techniques.
• Maintains and reports on all employment metrics, continually looks for areas to improve and takes action.
• Handling all recruitment activities such as screening applicants, evaluating applicant qualifications, preparing selection activities and conducting interviews
• Developing and maintaining a positive employee relation environment
• Building strong relationships and trust with leaders and colleagues, offer HR expertise and coaching on people issues, assist leaders to gain a better understanding of employees' needs and career aspirations
• Supporting training & development, talent management and organizational development activities within the talent management department
