QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
What we expect; - 4 years’ university degree and excellent communication skills in English,
- Minimum 6-7 years of marketing, brand development and execution experience in FMCG,
- Your previous team management experience will help you to build, develop and lead strong and talented team including 2 people
- You will contribute to the growth of a brand on market, by new product development and pushing growth on pillar products through the implementation of promotional and advertising excellence for a specific product(s), and managing marketing budget,
- You will be managing 3 different categories including hair care, coloration and NBD
You will manage budget and sales forecast for different categories
- You will be managing a local brand with full innovation pipeline and brand equity building responsibilities
- Regarding new business development activities, you will be responsible for implementing new launches and marketing mix strategies and create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
- You will manage the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights for the category, share findings with the zone to ensure the consistency of new product development based on local needs
