İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for “Assistant Project Manager/Supervisor” who will work for Business Management Division that is operating under CIB Group at TEB.

• Deliver the appropriate processes & setup of TEB to the CIB Team.
• Ensuring that CIB policies and processes are kept up to date and in line with the requirements of CIB. Organizing, designing and documenting processes for new services.
• Responsible to manage projects with relevant stakeholders including Business Lines, Operations, Finance, Legal and Compliance. Managing the subject from start to finish, being the key communication bridge between the both local and global stakeholders.
• Anticipating and securing the project resource needs visa-vi priorities & time-to-market.
• Providing periodic reporting as required to local CIB management, local and global stakeholders
• Preparation and presentation of required reports in conjunction with IT and relevant Business Lines
