• University Degree
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position in retail or real estate industry
• Experience in management of lease contract processes in different countries, and has international job experience
• Experience in fields of  construction, insurance, and finance regarding store openings
• Has command of lease contract scenarios, risk structures, and arrangements
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Arabic is plus
• Sufficient knowledge of legal English 

İŞ TANIMI

• Finalize the negotiation process till signing of the lease agreement under the consideration of the leasing standards of the company in order to minimize the risks in alignment with corporate and department targets.
• Carry out, manage and conclude the lease contract process according to the annual store opening schedule.
• Make sure that all lease contracts are signed based on the commercial negotiations but also within the defined time limit, show all the quality and leasing standards of the company with the aim to achieve an efficient risk management.   
• Coordinate the relievo; design; construction; and the legal consultancy processes according to the opening target of the store.
• Take the legal services taken from the internal and external consultants.
• Make sure that the legal compliance of the contracts and legal documents is checked by the related local attorneys of the country.
• Make sure that the contracts are signed and finalised according to the laws and legislations of the related country (notary, confirmation and registration activities).
• Provide the necessary coordination with the Landlords, lawyers, but also other departments in terms of operational, technical and financial issues plus insurance-related issues during the contract negotiation process.
• Make sure that the translation of the contract is finished according to company rules.
• Report to and get the approval of the Lease Contract Manager for the contracts
• Prepare the necessary closing reports, document the final situation of the contract including remaining risks related to the contract.  
• To provide necessary documentation and archiving related to the lease contract process.
• Co-operate within assigned projects with the target to increase the efficiency, effectiveness of the process.
