Senior Merchandiser

• University degree, preferably in Management or Industrial/Textile engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in retail and merchandising (a familiarity of Leather retail is desirable) 
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English (Additional knowledge of German/French is desirable.)
• Exceptional analytical skills, proactive and result-orientated.
• Strong communication skills and a team player.
• Flexible working hours and no travel restrictions.

İŞ TANIMI

1. Analysing the information and suggestions given by the operational team with regards to target clients, carrying out the necessary work regarding potential clients, and periodically informing and reporting Market information to Management Information Systems department.
2. In line with their targets, ensuring an increase in the client contribution margin of their particular segment; developing policies to widen segments with a high client contribution margin, whilst reducing the weight of unsupportive segments.
3. In correspondence with the Group’s main aims and sales targets, ensuring the achievement of the aggregate and quantitative sales and profit goals of each merchandiser, whilst also sustaining performance management.
4. Segmenting clients consistent with the direction from the Marketing team, and in view of Sales targets, assisting in the planning of future client and product portfolios.
5. Monitoring the competition in every client segment, planning and organising fairs/promotions and client visits.
6. Ensuring that Sales and post-Sales services, are carried out in line with company procedures (product returns, changes etc.), while also maintaining customer satisfaction.
