Renaissance Real Estate Investment, Inc (RGY), is the commercial real estate development and investment company of Rönesans Group. By combining its construction experience of the Group since over 20 years with its 14-year real estate experience the Company, has become one of the leading commercial real estate players in Turkey in basis of total rentable area.

In the portfolio of Renaissance Real Estate there are available 25 real estates in total, these being; 11 real estates which are active currently, 9 commercial real estate projects which are under various stages of  development phase and 5 plots which could be developed in the future. The Company’s rental income making real estates are; eight numbers of shopping malls (AVM) in various cities of Turkey, one number of combined project consted of AVM and hotel, one number of office project and one number of combined project consisted of office and school.

Renaissance Real Estate which has adopted an integrated business model, exercises activity in all phases of real estate development process. Moreover, the Company undertakes actively also the renting and management of the real estates which has developed through its subsidiaries. Renaissance Real Estate which has been focused on the AVMs in Turkey, has started in recent period to develop office projects, too, in Turkey.

In 20 years Renaissance completed satisfactorily more than 500 projects in a total area of 15 million square meters. We are looking for "Asset Manager" who will work at Head Office located in ATASEHIR /ISTANBUL

• Bachelor degree
• Minimum 10 years of experience as similar positions or financial background
• Excellent command of English
• Advanced knowledge of Excel including in Financial Modeling functions

İŞ TANIMI

• Represent investors for 8 operating assets
• Determine the most effective medium and long-term strategy to be approved by investors
• Prepare business plan and budget according to identified asset management strategy and inspect property management implementations
• Manage yearly budget and planning process
• Ensure strict control of cost and income items on behalf property owner
• Oversee and approve releasing, development and renovation activities
• Manage Due Diligence process for acquisition
• Use advanced Asset Management financial models (IRR, financing, others)
• Collaborate with GIC and AGP (foreign partners) representatives
