Due to growth we are looking for a Payroll Supervisor for our HR Solutions Division at Randstad Turkey.

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related,

• Good command of English both written and spoken,

• Minimum 7 years of experience in personnel administration and payroll, preferably in a multinational company,

• Good knowledge and understanding of Labor Law, Social Security (SGK) and related legislations,

• Excellent command of MS-Office applications,

• Customer oriented, experience of working with external clients preferred.

İŞ TANIMI

• Managing all payroll related activities of external clients,

• Managing a team 6 payroll specialists,

• Validation and reconciliation of monthly payroll data,

• Coordination of new hire and termination processes for Randstad employees and exter,

• Reporting of all legal proceedings and compulsory reports to the relevant official bodies such as Social Security Institution and other government institutions.
