We are seeking a Provisioning Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Provisioning Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
- Responsible to keep systems within the minimum service failure time
- Analysing the root cause of the incidents, and taking necessary actions
- Perform configuration management of services in accordance with standards (like SOX and ISO-27001) and project/operational requirements
- Perform upgrades and changes in responsible systems, services or applications in accordance with system/service upgrade / Change Management process
- Applying Post Implementation Review
- To analyse technical specifications for the integration of new service/system(s)
- To provide consultation for vendor to optimize their applications/ products.
- To attend to related Projects and perform necessary actions in new projects.
- Analysing system performance/statistical reports and monitor basic KPIs (i.e., success rates) and taking necessary actions
- Responsible to solve emergency cases on time ( in or out of business hours) and if necessary to go to the site for solution.
- Ensure Troubleshooting of problems fast reported by Call Centre via Maximo tool, ICRM and Service Desk
- Perform regular application related security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions
- Advising new control mechanism for performance monitoring including existing or new implemented systems/services
- Proven communication skills sufficient to be able to work in a team of international diversity.
- Prepare documentation and take actions to manage resources most efficiently and for operations people for hints and corrections
- To prepare Operational guides/procedures to build know-how database
- To prepare technical specifications and requirements.
- For new technologies and new features, transfer know-how to operational personnel
- To give an internal trainings to related groups (i.e., COPS, SMOC) about new features/services
